Almost All Done

A year ago, we broke ground to build this awesome new student living community for SUNY Oswego students. Lakeside Commons is almost complete and ready to welcome our first residents.

Here’s a view of the transformation.

The driveway pavement and parking lines were completed last week. The outdoor grill areas and basketball court will be ready for action this month.

Aspen, Cedar, Maple and Spruce units all feature kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, spacious living rooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It’s easy to do your laundry with a washer and dryer in every unit. We will start moving in the furniture this week.

Everything will be ready for your arrival in August. You will be the first to enjoy every amenity and convenience Lakeside Commons offers.
